At Mobility Global, we provide invaluable insights derived from unmatched automotive data, enabling our customers to anticipate change and make decisions with conviction. Our expertise helps them optimize their businesses, reach the right consumers, and shape the future of mobility. This role is central to that mission, turning complex automotive data into products our clients rely on.
The Role
We are looking for a Director to own the roadmap, delivery, and evolution of our core client‑facing automotive data platform. This role leads a small product management team and partners closely with engineering and data science to translate automotive data into high‑value client‑facing products. The role requires strong ownership of both strategic direction and day‑to‑day execution, along with a genuine interest in exploring new approaches, particularly where AI can extend the platform’s capabilities.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Own the end‑to‑end strategy for the platform, including prioritization, roadmap planning, and success metrics. Define what constitutes high value across data products, visualization experiences, and AI‑powered features, and make the necessary trade‑off decisions.
Team Leadership
Lead and coach the team owning data presentation, dashboards, platform usability; AI feature productization, use‑case definition, and rollout; requirements, backlog, and delivery execution; data structuring. Set clear expectations and ensure ownership across the team is well defined.
Technical Partnership
Work closely with engineering and data science/AI to translate business needs into technical specifications, and contribute to how AI capabilities are evaluated, explained, and integrated into the platform.
AI in the Product
Guide the platform’s AI strategy, not simply its list of AI features. Define evaluation criteria for AI‑powered capabilities prior to launch — including where outputs can be trusted and where caution is required — and ensure each AI feature addresses a genuine client need.
Customer & Market Discovery
Lead discovery into how clients use automotive data, including benchmarking, trend analysis, forecasting, compliance, and decision support, and translate these insights into product direction.
Go‑to‑Market
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and client success on positioning, documentation, demos, and adoption to ensure the platform is understood and effectively used by clients.
Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with internal leadership and external clients/partners to align expectations and maintain project momentum.

- Demonstrated experience in product leadership for data‑heavy platforms or analytics products, with a solid understanding of data governance and pipeline design.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML feature productization, including how AI capabilities are evaluated, explained, and integrated, along with familiarity with AI connectors.
- Proven ability to manage roadmap trade‑offs and deliver results across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile environment, managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the automotive ecosystem, including OEMs, suppliers, mobility/telematics, industry data, or aftermarket.
- Familiarity with automotive data domains, such as vehicle attributes, manufacturing and parts data, pricing/market signals, and production or demand indicators.
- Experience delivering enterprise‑grade platforms with strong reliability, scalability, and governance.
Who You’ll Work With
- Engineering (platform, data engineering, UX/front‑end)
- Data Science/AI (model development and evaluation)
