Our Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and busy primary school community. This is a particularly exciting time to join us as we are in the process of having a brand new, state of the art school building built. Our new facilities will provide an inspiring environment for both teaching and learning, supporting innovation, creativity and collaboration across the curriculum.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high quality support, promote independence and help create a positive, engaging learning environment for all pupils.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils within the classroom to access learning effectively
- Working with individuals and small groups to deliver targeted interventions
- Assisting teachers in planning, adapting and delivering learning activities
- Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and a commitment to safeguarding
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs
- Helping to create an inclusive, safe and nurturing learning environment
- Assisting with the supervision of pupils during lunchtime
