A proud family-run organisation, we have spent over a decade delivering extraordinary weddings, events and guest experiences. Our portfolio includes two award-winning wedding venues, Charlton Hall and Doxford Barns, alongside Tempus Hotel, Bar & Restaurant, which joined the group in May 2023 and was recently voted among The Times Top 100 UK Hotels.

- Ensure each venue maintains impeccable presentation and full compliance at all times.
- Report weekly to the Company Directors on performance, KPIs and budget alignment, presenting clear action plans where required.
- Work closely with the Group Sales Director to maximise revenue across all channels.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure strong financial controls and delivery of key metrics (including Labour % and Gross Profit %).
