Managing high value complex injury claims, including both Fast-track & Multi-track caseloads. Salary £45k - £55k dependent on experience. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Director and senior colleagues on large loss complex cases, covering motor, employer’s liability, public liability, and indemnity claims. The role also offers the chance to manage a caseload of lower-value claims under supervision, providing excellent exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting legal documents
- Analysing medical and liability evidence
- Reporting to clients
- Attending hearings and conferences with counsel
- Maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE experience in claimant personal injury litigation
- Proven and demonstrable exposure to large loss and multi-track claims
- Proven and demonstrable exposure to fast-track claims
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
