About The Role
We are currently recruiting professional and reliable SIA Licensed Security Officers to join a leading UK security services provider across multiple sites in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with flexible shifts, competitive pay, and strong career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and customers
- Monitor and control access to premises
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Provide a professional and visible security presence at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding) – essential
- Previous security experience preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Professional, calm, and confident under pressure
- Reliable and flexible with working hours (including nights and weekends)
- Right to work in the UK is required
- Minimum Level 2 qualifications preferred (NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent relevant qualifications)
- Minimum age 21+
- Candidates seeking long-term career progression into supervisory or management roles
