We are seeking a proactive and creative Support & Marketing Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and dynamic role combining customer support, administration, and marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business and taking ownership of their work.
You will be a key point of contact for incoming queries, while also supporting marketing and social media activity and ensuring our records, reporting and deadlines are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Handling incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing effective support and problem-solving for customer and internal queries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Supporting marketing activities, including social media content and campaigns
- Conducting research and preparing information for reports and projects
- Working to deadlines and managing competing priorities
- Producing reports and supporting management with information as required
- Collaborating with colleagues while also working independently when needed
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing and social media
- Strong creativity with an eye for content and presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
