Our diverse portfolio spans both civils and construction, including multi-million-pound housing developments, refurbishment projects, new builds, steel frame construction, retail, schools, roads, car parks, water industry works, design and build projects, and more. Our focus remains on steady growth by delivering quality, working safely, and consistently adding value.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive, experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our project delivery team. In this position, you will work closely with Contracts Managers, Engineers, and the site team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in cost management and contract administration will play a key role in shaping construction strategies and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
A Day in the Life

Collaboration is a central part of the role, and you’ll work alongside procurement and engineering teams to integrate accurate commercial insights at every stage. You’ll also manage contract administration, evaluate and appoint sub-contractors, identify and price contract variations and costs, ensuring all activity complies with legal, safety, and quality standards. Timely reporting and proactive issue resolution with all parties involved will be essential in maintaining momentum on each project.
Measuring Success
Success in this role means consistently delivering precise financial guidance that optimises project performance and profit margins, reinforces client trust through consistently high standards, and supports the smooth integration of our commercial, operational, and technical strategies.
Working Hours & Remuneration
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You’ll receive a competitive salary with a company car. You will automatically enrol in our company pension scheme and receive 33 days holiday, including bank holidays. You will be included in our annual bonus scheme linked to company performance.
