The Challenge
As a customer service and invoicing clerk, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance Oversight: Verify vehicle maintenance intervals and ensure accurate planning for service needs.
- Workshop Efficiency: Collaborate with the Workshop Controller, and Service Advisors to optimise workshop capacity and productivity.
- Accurate Documentation: Ensure job card instructions are precise for technicians and invoicing teams.
- Administrative Support: Manage required administrative tasks efficiently, including coordinating with dealer‑point managers and workshop supervisors.
- Invoicing Accuracy: Liaise with invoicing teams to ensure job cards are processed correctly and promptly.
- Warranty Assistance: Support the Warranty and Contracts Manager with queries and documentation while adhering to warranty and contract procedures.
The Day to Day:
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:15 Office based only
