Build the next chapter of R/GA in EMEA; one distinctive B2B story, one qualified lead, one brave brand move at a time
About R/GA
R/GA is an independent creative innovation company built for the intelligence age. We harness the power of design and technology to create more valuable experiences for people and brands. From reimagining interfaces with AI to launching entirely new platforms and services, we help organisations adapt to what’s next and shape what comes after. Our teams combine craft, curiosity and technology to deliver work that drives both business and human impact. At R/GA, we don’t just respond to change — we help shape it.
Scope and Impact
This role is central to R/GA’s ambition to grow and differentiate in the EMEA market. As our Freelance Marketing Lead, you’ll shape how R/GA shows up across the region positioning us to win the right clients, attract the right talent, and build a brand with long-term value. You’ll lead with a combination of strategic insight and hands-on craft, bringing clarity to our offer and creativity to our outreach.
This is a role for someone who thrives on challenge and autonomy, able to operate independently while actively contributing to a regional and global growth and MarComms team. You’ll be responsible for creating demand through bold brand positioning, compelling content, and high-performance lead gen. With your deep B2B experience and your fluency in marketing tools (especially Hubspot), you’ll turn stories into strategy and strategy into pipeline.
If you’re motivated by making an impact, building from the ground up, and redefining what B2B marketing can be in the creative industry, this is your opportunity.
