Introduction RG Carter Ltd is seeking to recruit an Apprentice Assistant Site Manager to join their established team of professionals, based in their Drayton office.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a diverse range of interesting and challenging projects across multiple sectors, working on sites over Norfolk.

What You'll Do
- Assist the Site Manager with the daily operation of construction sites.
- Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Monitor site safety and help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or concerns.
- Help maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and documentation.
- Assist with quality control checks and snagging inspections.
- Attend site meetings and contribute to project planning activities.
- Support the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and customers.
