We are actively recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out servicing and breakdown works to commercial gas equipment within commercial environments across the Chester region.
As a Commercial Gas Engineer you will be working on commercial boilers, catering gas equipment, warm air heaters, gas fired cabinet heaters and associated commercial gas appliances. Environments you will be working in include retail stores, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, gyms and similar.
Employment Package/Summary:
- Status: Permanent, PAYE
- Base Salary: £44,000
- Estimated annual earnings: £50,000 - £55,000
- Provided: Van, fuel card, uniform, phone, specialist tools, 34 days paid annual leave
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm
- Travel time: Paid door to door minus 30 minutes each way
- Overtime: x1.5 - x2 rate
- Call out rota: 1 in 8 weeks. Standby allowance + paid per call out
- Location/s: Chester and surrounding areas (2 hour maximum radius)
- Works: Servicing, breakdowns and repairs

Requirements:
- Must hold relevant Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CAUR1 or similar).
- Must hold experience working independently as a Commercial Gas Engineer within commercial environments.
- Must hold a UK driving licence with 9 points or under.
