We are actively recruiting for an Electrical Estimator to join our projects team, quoting and estimating electrical works ranging from £1,000 to £100,000 across commercial environments throughout the South East England region.
As an Electrical Estimator you will be pricing a variety of electrical projects including lighting, power, distribution, containment, EV charging, emergency systems and associated electrical installations. Clients and environments include retail stores, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, gyms and similar commercial properties.
Employment Package/Summary:
- Status: Permanent, PAYE Paid Monthly
- Base Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
- Provided: Company car, phone, laptop, 29 days paid annual leave
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm
- Working arrangement: Hybrid minimum 2 days in office (Sutton), remainder from home/client sites.
- Location/s: Office Sutton; client sites across South East England

Requirements:
- Must hold proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within a commercial building services or electrical contracting environment.
- Ability to estimate and price a wide range of electrical projects from first and second fix through to full project delivery.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Background as an electrician or electrical engineer is advantageous but not essential.
- Must hold a UK driving licence with 9 points or under.
