We are seeking a motivated and reliable labourer with a strong willingness to learn the roofing trade. This role includes driving responsibilities; therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable working at heights, including the use of ladders, access platforms, and rope & harness where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting senior roofers on a variety of roofing and construction projects
  • Collecting, handling, and checking materials, tools, and hand tools
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work van
  • Preparing mixes and supporting daily site tasks
  • Anticipating tools and material requirements
  • Contributing to an efficient and productive site environment

An excellent labourer is proactive and stays one step ahead of their foreman.
