General Summary The Technical Service Advisor (TSA) responds to and troubleshoots technical questions from internal and external customers, covering areas including parts of NJ, PA, MD, and DE. Responsibilities Interact with manufacturers and promote product improvements. Maintain accurate records of field visits. Visit job sites with dealers as necessary. Attend semi-annual Tech Service Advisor meetings. Maintain technical literature and stay updated on new HVACR equipment/products. Requirements Ability to travel to perform job duties. Proven HVACR experience with effective troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in electricity, heating equipment (gas and oil), air conditioning, heat pumps, duct system design, ventilation, refrigeration, and hydronics.
