Are you a detail-driven multitasker with a knack for keeping systems in order? We’re looking for a Plant Administrator to join our busy team and play a key role in keeping our plant and transport division running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing hire requests and managing contracts in our plant management system – Syrinx
- Uploading movement, damage charges, and asset records
- Supporting defect logging, maintenance tracking, and service updates
- Generating purchase orders and assisting with goods receiving
- Checking staff hours for payroll and supporting weekly/month-end reporting
- Providing admin support to the Plant Manager, Plant Director, and Parts Controller
- Helping improve admin processes to boost team efficiency
What we’re looking for
- Experience in admin or support roles using data systems. (Syrinx is desirable but not essential)
- Plant/equipment hire experience (desirable but not essential)
- A confident communicator and effective team player
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and plant management systems
- Full UK driving licence
