Are you a detail-driven multitasker with a knack for keeping systems in order? We’re looking for a Plant Administrator to join our busy team and play a key role in keeping our plant and transport division running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing hire requests and managing contracts in our plant management system – Syrinx
  • Uploading movement, damage charges, and asset records
  • Supporting defect logging, maintenance tracking, and service updates
  • Generating purchase orders and assisting with goods receiving
  • Checking staff hours for payroll and supporting weekly/month-end reporting
  • Providing admin support to the Plant Manager, Plant Director, and Parts Controller
  • Helping improve admin processes to boost team efficiency

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in admin or support roles using data systems. (Syrinx is desirable but not essential)
  • Plant/equipment hire experience (desirable but not essential)
  • A confident communicator and effective team player
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and plant management systems
  • Full UK driving license
