Forming an integral part of the operational team, you assume dedicated responsibility for Plant Maintenance within our Eversley recycling centre. Your role will be to undertake planned and emergency maintenance and repairs to our plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking planned & reactive maintenance and repairs to our waste processing equipment (Kiverco, Bluemac & Terrex) including conveyors, screens, trommels, and density separators.
- Developing the preventative maintenance systems to reduce downtime and maximise efficiencies.
- Involvement in new installation projects and fabrications where needed.
- Continually seeking opportunities for process improvement.
The Successful Candidates will:
- Have a good technical knowledge of our plant and machinery.
- Be confident with hydraulics, electrical repairs, and welding.
- Be able to plan and implement maintenance schedules.
- Have good communication, organisation, and team working skills.
- Have a good understanding of health and safety.
- Be able to work flexibly and to deadlines.
- Be looking to develop a long-term career with the Collard Group.
- Full UK Driving License.
