The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
This job will support the work winning team with lead generation, the preparation of professional bid submissions, the handover of successful tenders, reporting and marketing for the contracting division and wider group.
Key Responsibilities- Data/information maintenance (more info/email/docs)
- Establish the resources required for each project
- Preparation of project case studies and supporting the marketing and promotion of the group
- Management throughout the tender stage
- Maintaining and reviewing tender portals
- Creation of bid content and packaging docs & 3D visuals illustrations / edit media items-photos
- Creation and presentation of tender bid material including CGI illustrations on demolition methodologies
- Preparation of handover packs to operations for secured bids
- Collation of expressions of interest and pre-qualification questionnaires whilst developing the response and information library
- Department document management of CVs/case studies/file structure management
- Health and safety files/pre demo audit files – other – contracting dept requests
- Working as a team player and covering tasks for colleagues in periods of absence
- A levels or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience in a similar role in bid management
- Construction industry experience
- Ability to review all tender documents to ensure compliant bids are submitted
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to produce high quality documents including, but not limited to method statements, PQQs, case studies and reports
- Excellent IT skills across a range of software including Auto-Cad, REVIT or Sketch up similar (required)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills at all levels with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to develop relationships and build confidence with clients and consultants
- Ability to drive – full clean driving license
