Role Description

The Block and Grounds Worker role is a full‑time, on‐site position based in Guernsey.

This role involves carrying out blockwork and general groundworks, including preparing and maintaining site areas, assisting with foundations, drainage, and external works, and supporting the construction team as required.

Day‑to‑day tasks may include handling materials, laying blocks, and keeping the site safe, clean, and organised.

The Block and Grounds Worker will follow health and safety procedures, use appropriate tools and equipment, and work closely with site supervisors to deliver high‑quality results within project timelines.

Qualifications
