The Role
We're looking for an ambitious Corporate Senior Account Director ready to step into a fast-paced agency environment and grow their career across a varied corporate client portfolio.
You're naturally curious about how organisations operate, the issues shaping business and corporate reputation, and the role communications plays in influencing stakeholders.
You want to shape reputations, position senior leaders and deliver strategic communications that cut through and make a meaningful impact.
You’ll work alongside our senior team across a mix of B2B and corporate accounts, supporting fast-growing founder-led businesses that operate in sectors including new media, technology, venture capital, healthcare and mobility.
From founder-led and fast-growing businesses to established organisations, you’ll help shape narratives that land in the right media, position founders and leadership teams with authority, and support strategic campaigns that drive impact for clients.
This is the right role if you're hungry to develop your strategic thinking, want to get better at translating complex business stories into compelling narratives, and are ready to learn from brilliant clients doing genuinely interesting things across corporate sectors.
What You'll Do
- Support strategic client relationships across 6 corporate accounts, working closely with Directors and Senior Account Directors
- Deliver end-to-end client campaigns, including press events, media briefings, corporate profiling and full client relationship management with senior support
- Translate client business goals into clear, compelling PR and communications activity that shapes reputation and drives impact.
- Contribute to narrative development, positioning, communications planning and corporate storytelling for brands navigating periods of rapid change and growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with business, corporate and trade media contacts.
- Secure media coverage and thought leadership opportunities across top-tier outlets, including founder, C-level and partner profiling, with support from the senior team on strategic pitching.
- Secure panels and speaking opportunities for senior stakeholders at key global and industry events
- Draft press materials, bylines and thought leadership content that resonates with influential media
- Stay curious about industry trends, news cycles and emerging business conversations
- Develop your strategic thinking through exposure to C-suite communications and founder profiling
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years' experience in PR or communications, agency-side preferred but not essential if you've got the right attitude
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly, bringing a hands‑on, can‑do mindset and strong initiative
- Ambition and potential over years of experience, we want people who are hungry to learn and grow
- Genuine interest in business, corporate affairs and the issues shaping organisations today—you read the news because you want to, not because you have to.
- Strong writing skills, you can craft clear, compelling narratives from complex information
- A robust network of strategic media relationships that you can leverage for clients
- Client‑facing confidence, comfortable in meetings and building trust with senior stakeholders with team support
- Strategic curiosity, you want to understand the "why" behind campaigns, not just execute tactics
- What Success Looks Like
- Delivering strong corporate profiling and communications that support clear client business and reputation goals.
- Building trusted relationships with business, corporate and trade media through consistent, strategic engagement.
- Developing strong corporate storytelling skills across complex organisations and leadership teams
- Taking growing ownership of accounts with a clear understanding of client priorities and sector context
- Supporting senior team with strong judgement, prioritisation and proactive thinking
- Becoming a reliable, trusted team member who adds value across both delivery and strategy
Why This Role?
- Join a growing, multi-sector agency where you’ll focus on corporate communications for ambitious organisations across sustainability, healthcare, consumer, professional services and purpose-led sectors.
- Gain exposure to senior leadership and C-suite communications, including reputation and positioning work
- Develop core corporate PR and storytelling skills across complex business narratives
- Learn how business and commercial priorities translate into external communications
- Work closely with senior team on both strategy and delivery, not just execution
- Build a strong foundation in corporate communications with clear progression opportunities
- Work with clients shaping their industries through meaningful, high-impact storytelling
