You will be joining a team of 20 based in London, working on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with flexibility where needed. We value our time together in the office and regularly come together for monthly team lunches, collaborative workshops, and team activities to keep things engaging and connected.
The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Account Director ready to step into a fast-paced agency environment and lead across a varied portfolio of consumer, lifestyle and tech clients. You’ll be naturally curious about how brands shape culture and connect with audiences, from innovative consumer technology to much-loved lifestyle, parenting and wellness brands, and you’ll want to play a leading role in building reputation and delivering stories that genuinely resonate with consumers and media alike.
You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team across a mix of consumer-focused accounts, from fast-growing challenger brands to established global names. You’ll take ownership of client relationships, lead strategic direction, and oversee the development of compelling brand narratives that secure standout coverage across consumer, lifestyle and broadcast media. You’ll also guide and inspire teams to deliver creative campaigns that build visibility, trust and emotional connection with audiences.
This is the right role if you are hungry to develop your strategic leadership, excited by consumer storytelling at scale, and want to be known for turning brand and product stories into earned media moments that truly land. You should be ready to work with brilliant clients doing genuinely interesting things across consumer tech, parenting, health and lifestyle spaces while helping shape the growth of both accounts and the agency.
What You'll Do
- Support and lead strategic client relationships across 5 to 6 consumer accounts, working closely with Directors and the wider senior team.
- Oversee the delivery of end-to-end consumer PR campaigns, including press events, product launches, media briefings and full client relationship management with senior support.
- Translate brand and business goals into clear, compelling consumer PR and communications activity that builds awareness, reputation and cultural relevance.
- Contribute to brand narrative development, positioning and campaign planning for consumer brands navigating periods of rapid growth and change.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consumer, lifestyle, broadcast and digital media contacts.
- Secure high-impact media coverage and thought leadership opportunities across top-tier consumer, lifestyle and broadcast outlets, including founder and leadership profiling, with support from the senior team on strategic pitching.
- Secure panels, brand partnerships and speaking opportunities for senior stakeholders at key consumer and industry events.
- Draft press materials, brand stories, bylines and thought leadership content that resonates with consumer and lifestyle audiences.
- Stay curious about cultural trends, consumer behaviour, media moments and emerging lifestyle conversations.
- Develop your strategic thinking through exposure to senior leadership, founder storytelling and high-profile consumer brand communications.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in PR or communications at a senior level, ideally agency-side, but we’re open to different backgrounds if you bring the right mindset, energy and approach.
- Extensive experience working with leading consumer brands across lifestyle, parenting, health and tech.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly, bringing a hands-on, proactive and can-do approach.
- Ambition and potential matter more than years of experience; we are looking for people who are curious, driven and eager to grow.
- Genuine interest in consumer brands, culture and innovation; you follow trends and media because you’re genuinely interested.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to turn complex brand and product information into clear, compelling consumer-facing narratives.
- Strategic curiosity; you want to understand the 'why' behind campaigns, not just execute tactics.
What Success Looks Like
- Delivering strong consumer-facing PR and lifestyle communications that build brand awareness, reputation and cultural relevance.
- Building trusted relationships with consumer, lifestyle, broadcast and digital media through consistent, strategic engagement.
- Developing strong brand storytelling skills across consumer products, campaigns and leadership teams.
- Taking growing ownership of accounts with a clear understanding of brand priorities, audience insights and market context.
- Supporting the senior team with strong judgement, prioritisation and proactive, ideas-led thinking.
- Becoming a reliable, trusted team member who adds value across both delivery and creative campaign development.
Why This Role?
- Join a growing, multi-sector agency where you will focus on consumer PR for ambitious, fast-moving brands.
- Gain exposure to senior leadership across consumer businesses, including brand positioning and reputation work.
- Develop core consumer PR and storytelling skills across products, campaigns and brand narratives.
- Learn how business, cultural and commercial priorities translate into impactful consumer communications.
- Work closely with the senior team on both strategy and delivery, not just execution.
- Build a strong foundation in consumer communications with clear progression opportunities.
- Work with brands shaping their categories through meaningful, high-impact storytelling.
