You will be joining a team of 20 based in London, working on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with flexibility where needed. We value our time together in the office and regularly come together for monthly team lunches, collaborative workshops, and team activities to keep things engaging and connected.

The Role

We are seeking a Director to join the leadership team within our agency, working at the intersection of consumer, corporate, and technology communications. Reporting into a Managing Director and working alongside two peer Directors, this is a senior leadership role within a high-performance environment. You will take a lead role on some of the agency’s most important accounts, including a flagship international tech and media portfolio. You’ll be responsible for driving strategic direction, client counsel, and campaign excellence, while also contributing to the agency’s commercial growth and reputation.

We are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic, real-time environments, and enjoys working closely with founders, entrepreneurs, and senior executives of businesses shaping what comes next. This is a role for a decisive, commercially minded leader with strong judgement, agility, and the ability to operate confidently at senior client level. This role would suit someone currently operating at Director level within a PR/communications agency, looking to take on greater ownership, client leadership, and broader strategic responsibility. It would also be well suited to an experienced Associate Director or Senior Account Director, who has been operating at a consistently high level and is ready to step up into a full Director role with increased autonomy and leadership scope.

What You'll Do

  • Client Leadership & Strategy
    • Lead high-level strategic communications programmes across a portfolio of high-growth, founder-led and international brands
    • Act as a trusted senior advisor to founders, CEOs, and executive leadership teams, shaping communications that support business and reputational priorities
    • Define positioning, narrative, and integrated communications strategies across corporate, technology, and consumer audiences
    • Set the strategic direction for client work, ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable impact across all outputs
    • Hold senior ownership of key accounts, including the agency’s flagship international portfolio
    • Lead overall account direction, ensuring excellence across strategy, creative output, and delivery
    • Operate confidently in fast-moving, high-stakes environments, providing clarity, judgement, and senior counsel
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building
    • Play a central role in building a high-performance, ambitious agency culture and developing future leaders
    • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across multiple accounts

    • Play a leading role in new business strategy, pitching, and conversion
    • Leverage senior network and market insight to generate and convert growth opportunities
    • Contribute to the agency’s commercial direction and long-term development

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive recent experience in a senior role within a PR/communications agency environment
  • Strong experience across corporate, technology, and consumer communications, ideally covering all three however we would consider those with a deeper focus in two areas.
  • Proven experience leading major client accounts and/or teams, driving high performance and consistently strong client outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with founders, entrepreneurs, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong strategic capability, with a clear ability to translate business and reputational objectives into impactful communications strategies
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with the ability to respond quickly and decisively
  • Strong media judgement and an established network across relevant national and international press
  • Commercially minded, with experience contributing to or supporting new business growth
