We’re hiring Senior Recruitment Consultants to join Montash in London, running contract desks across technology. Whether your background is in cloud, data, software or cyber, we want to hear from you. You can recruit across the UK or EU, and we don’t restrict where you work, so you can follow your market and your network.
About Montash
Montash is a specialist tech recruitment business and part of QXi Group, alongside our sister brands Trillion and Remobi. We’re a long-established business, but we still move like a start-up, with plenty of room to grow and shape what you do. Our contract unit is split across two teams, with dedicated Delivery Consultants supporting the work. It’s been a strong year, and we’re looking for the right people to help us keep that growth going.
We work with clients right across the UK and Europe. Our office is in Shoreditch, and we work a hybrid model with 3 days a week on site.
The role
This is a 360 contract recruitment role, so you’ll own the full process, from winning new business to placing and looking after contractors. Alongside the day-to-day recruitment, events and community are a big part of how we work.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Running your own contract desk in cloud, data, software or cyber
- Recruiting across the UK and EU, with no restrictions on where you work
- Building relationships with tech leaders, hiring managers and contractors
- Getting involved in our events, from networking evenings to breakfasts, supporting our existing communities or launching one of your own
- Winning new clients and growing existing accounts
- Managing your contractor base and keeping relationships strong through each assignment
- Working closely with the wider team to share leads, ideas and market insight
- You’ll join a contract unit with real momentum and big plans for growth
- You’ll have support from a Delivery Consultant, so you can spend more time on your clients and market
- We run in-person events across Europe every month, so you’ll spend real time meeting people face to face
- You’ll have freedom to recruit across the UK and EU, without being boxed into one location
- Hybrid working from our Shoreditch office, 3 days a week on site
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a contract recruiter in technology, ideally across cloud, data, software or cyber
- A track record of business development and building a market
- Experience working with UK or EU markets
- Strong client and account management skills
- Someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting people at events and building a network
