You'll be fully coached, trained and supported by our Group Operations Director, giving you the platform to run your own remit and make a visible impact across the whole group.

What you'll do
- Own the full employee lifecycle
- manage our HRIS System (Hi Bob) and our full employee lifecycle.
This includes the day-to-day people administration and analytics across all locations.
You'll be fully trained and supported across all HR areas as you grow into them.
- Own our Employee Value Proposition
- take full ownership of EVP execution across the group, from events to benefits to market benchmarking of our benefits, making sure what we offer stays competitive and compelling.
- Own engagement, culture and internal communications
- you'll drive these and own all internal culture-related communications across the group.
- Own our internal events
- plan, organise and run the events and core group moments that connect every office. This is a big part of the role.
- Partner with our local teams
- coordinate with team leads to keep local engagement and retention on track.
What we're looking for
- Someone who genuinely gets the importance of a people-first culture.
- Ideally some experience organising and running events - this is a big part of the role.
- A little HR experience or relevant work experience (up to around 2 years).
- Working towards, in the early stages of, or simply interested in the CIPD - no HR qualification necessary . You'll be fully trained on the HR side of the role.
- An HR degree is a nice-to-have, but by no means essential.
- Most of all: a warm, organised self-starter who's ready to take ownership and grow in a fast-moving, high-performing environment.
