You'll be fully coached, trained and supported by our Group Operations Director, giving you the platform to run your own remit and make a visible impact across the whole group. - Own the full employee lifecycle - manage our HRIS System (HiBob) and our full employee lifecycle. This includes the day-to-day people administration and analytics across all locations. You'll be fully trained and supported across all HR areas as you grow into them.
- Own our Employee Value Proposition - take full ownership of EVP execution across the group, from events to benefits to market benchmarking of our benefits, making sure what we offer stays competitive and compelling.
- Own engagement, culture and internal communications - you'll drive these and own all internal culture-related communications across the group.
- Own our internal events - plan, organise and run the events and core group moments that connect every office. This is a big part of the role.
- Partner with our local teams - coordinate with team leads to keep local engagement and retention on track.
