Over 20 years in, we are a top player in global tech recruitment. QXi Group is home to three distinct technology recruitment and consulting brands; Montash, Remobi and Trillion. QXi has been built on the agility, drive and quality of its people. Each brand operates with its own identity, specialism and market position but shares a common infrastructure, values and ambition. The quality of our people is what got us here and it is what will keep us growing.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are redefining our Talent function and this role sits at the heart of that. Working directly with the Head of Talent, you will take real ownership of end-to-end hiring across the group, help shape the candidate experience and operate across three distinct brands from day one. This is not a coordination role. You will run processes, manage stakeholders and make hiring decisions alongside the Head of Talent.
Requirements
- One to two years in recruitment or in-house talent; agency background welcomed.
- Comfortable running end-to-end recruitment processes with limited hand-holding.
- Organised and data-disciplined; ATS hygiene and pipeline reporting come naturally to you.
- Strong communicator, confident with candidates and credible with senior hiring managers.
- Curious about people and what makes a great hire, not just a filled role.
- Operates well at pace and handles multiple open requisitions without dropping the ball.
- Wants to grow into a senior talent role; this is a stepping stone, not a destination.
