Over 20 years in, we are a top player in global tech recruitment. QXi Group is home to three distinct technology recruitment and consulting brands; Montash, Remobi and Trillion. QXi has been built on the agility, drive and quality of its people. Each brand operates with its own identity, specialism and market position but shares a common infrastructure, values and ambition. The quality of our people is what got us here and it is what will keep us growing.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are redefining our Talent function and this role sits at the heart of that. Working directly with the Head of Talent, you will take real ownership of end-to-end hiring across the group, help shape the candidate experience and operate across three distinct brands from day one. This is not a coordination role. You will run processes, manage stakeholders and make hiring decisions alongside the Head of Talent.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Support the Head of Talent with end-to-end recruitment across sales, recruiter and back office hires
    • Source and pipeline candidates across job boards, LinkedIn and direct outreach
    • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate conversations
    • Conduct and organise interviews, manage candidate communications and keep the process moving
    • Maintain accurate records across the ATS; data integrity is your responsibility
  • Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
    • Ensure every candidate has a consistent, professional experience regardless of outcome
    • Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, briefing packs and feedback collation
    • Help track and report on candidate feedback to continuously improve the process
  • Talent Projects
    • Partner with the Head of Talent on employer brand and EVP initiatives as needed
    • Contribute to talent mapping and market research for key hiring areas
    • Assist with onboarding logistics to ensure new starters land well in their first weeks

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • One to two years in recruitment or in-house talent; agency background welcomed.
  • Comfortable running end-to-end recruitment processes with limited hand-holding
  • Organised and data-disciplined; ATS hygiene and pipeline reporting come naturally to you
  • Strong communicator, confident with candidates and credible with senior hiring managers
  • Curious about people and what makes a great hire, not just a filled role
  • Operates well at pace and handles multiple open requisitions without dropping the ball
  • Wants to grow into a senior talent role; this is a stepping stone, not a destination

WHAT YOU WILL GET

  • Competitive base with significant earning potential
  • Direct mentorship from the Head of Talent, genuine investment in your development
  • A fast-moving, ambitious environment where your contribution is visible
  • A clear progression path
  • Exposure to a full talent function across the group
  • Real responsibility from day one, this is not a support role
  • Incentives including Quarterly Lunch Clubs, annual Winners Trip, and regular socials
  • Hybrid working with early finishes on Mondays and Fridays
  • Access to QXi’s AI tools and technology strategy from day one
