Over 20 years in, we are a top player in global tech recruitment. QXi Group is home to three distinct technology recruitment and consulting brands; Montash, Remobi and Trillion. QXi has been built on the agility, drive and quality of its people. Each brand operates with its own identity, specialism and market position but shares a common infrastructure, values and ambition. We are looking for someone to take ownership of how we find, develop and keep talent.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a chance to redefine what talent looks like at QXi. By building a smarter function, where employer brand, EVP and the way we hire all work as a single, coherent approach rather than separate activities. You will own the full talent ecosystem across the group: employer brand, EVP, acquisition, onboarding and retention. You will be a genuine business partner, present in commercial conversations, contributing to growth planning and held accountable for the quality and longevity of the people we hire.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Design and own the group-wide talent strategy
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline - mapping competitor talent before roles open, not after
- Lead all hiring activity across the group, with a particular focus on sales and recruitment hires
- Establish an internal mobility framework, so talent can move between brands
- Define and articulate a group-level EVP that is honest, distinctive and tested against the real employee experience
- Partner with our marketing team to build a distinct employer brand that stands out in the market
- Own QXi Group presence across relevant channels including LinkedIn and career pages
- Own the onboarding experience from offer through to days 1 and be accountable for what happens after
- Work with brand leads to understand attrition risks and build plans to address them proactively
- Partner with leadership on progression frameworks and development pathways particularly for front office
- Use talent intelligence to maintain live competitor analysis on hiring trends, salaries and talent movement
- Build and maintain a people dashboard for senior leadership: retention by brand, time-to-productivity, pipeline health and offer acceptance rates
- Apply AI tooling to improve job brief quality, candidate communications, interview frameworks and EVP content
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Credibility in the recruitment world
- Proven EVP and employer brand ownership, built from scratch
- ATS architecture experience including automation and AI feature implementation
- Comfortable presenting data and talent insight to senior leadership
- Applied AI literacy
THE MINDSET
- You think like a marketeer and operate like a strategist
- You are not looking for a volume hiring role
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by building
- You have outgrown the ceiling of a purely operational talent role
THIS ROLE IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF
- You measure success by the number of CVs you process or offers you make
- You need a large team around you to operate effectively
- The idea of presenting retention data to brand MDs feels outside your comfort zone
- You are looking for a traditional HR career path
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
You are joining at the point where the function is being redesigned, which means the person who takes this role will define what good looks like at QXi Group for years to come. You will have a direct line to the leadership team and Board, genuine ownership of your remit and a business that understands the difference between a talent partner and a recruiter with a different job title.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary and bonus
- Clear progression with a strong track record of internal promotions
- Incentives including Quarterly Lunch Clubs, Annual Winners Trip, and wellbeing events
- Hybrid working with early finishes on Mondays and Fridays
- Access to QXi’s AI tools and technology from day one
