Training and Development
At QXi Group, we believe in nurturing talent! You will receive tailored training to help you succeed and reach your career aspirations. You’ll work closely with a dedicated mentor and learn from our top recruiters, helping you to become a fully independent consultant by the end of your first year.
You will be:
- Recruiting technology professionals across Europe.
- Seeking new clients and creating new business opportunities.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Creating precise job descriptions and advertising them on appropriate job boards.
- Actively headhunting passive candidates in the target market, on appropriate channels such as LinkedIn.
- Hitting revenue targets.
- Creating a network of key stakeholders.
The successful candidate must:
- Ideally have 6-12 months sales experience.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
- Have a success-driven mentality and a strong work ethic.
- Have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Have outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Be resilient, self-motivated, and proactive.
What we offer:
- Salary £25-£27k.
- OTE up to £45k in your first year.
- Flexible working (2 days working from home and 3 days working in the office).
