Digital Marketing Executive - Website and CRM

We are scaling at pace and are looking for a Group Digital Marketing Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. If you love data-driven marketing, creative storytelling and are confident executing across multiple brands, this could be your next big move. You’ll lead the charge on digital campaigns, content strategy and brand positioning across all QXi brands. Running inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that generate quality leads (clients and candidates) ~· Owning and optimising HubSpot journeys, nurture flows and CRM segmentation ~· Creating high-performing content across email, social, blog and website ~· Using AI marketing tools to streamline campaigns and scale content production ~· Leading on webinars, panels and marketing-led events ~· Building branded sales enablement materials (decks, brochures, case studies) ~· Ensuring consistent brand identity and tone across all touchpoints ~· You’ve got 3 or more years of digital marketing experience and ideally 18+ months in recruitment or B2B services. You’re creative, commercial and excited to take full ownership of a multi-brand digital function.
