We are home to three ambitious brands; each with its own identity, all driving toward one shared mission: to disrupt traditional hiring and deliver real impact for candidates and clients. We are scaling at pace and are looking for a Group Digital Marketing Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. If you love data-driven marketing, creative storytelling and are confident executing across multiple brands, this could be your next big move.

You’ll lead the charge on digital campaigns, content strategy and brand positioning across all QXi brands. Responsibilities include:

  • Running inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that generate quality leads (clients and candidates)
  • Owning and optimising HubSpot journeys, nurture flows and CRM segmentation
  • Creating high-performing content across email, social, blog and website
  • Using AI marketing tools to streamline campaigns and scale content production
  • Leading on webinars, panels and marketing-led events
  • Building branded sales enablement materials (decks, brochures, case studies)
  • Ensuring consistent brand identity and tone across all touchpoints

You’ve got 3 or more years of digital marketing experience and ideally 18+ months in recruitment or B2B services. You’re creative, commercial and excited to take full ownership of a multi-brand digital function.

Minimum requirements include:

  • 18 months in recruitment marketing or related B2B sector
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GA4 and CRM automation
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Proven experience managing campaigns, content, social media and events
  • Confident creating and refining branded materials and sales collateral
