We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to design, deliver, and support modern media‑workflow architectures across ingest, asset management, editing, replay, routing, orchestration, and scheduling systems. You will be responsible for ensuring multiple platforms—such as Media Asset Management (MAM), workflow orchestration, resource scheduling, editing systems, replay servers, and automation layers—operate together seamlessly in high‑demand production environments. You combine deep expertise in broadcast and media & entertainment technologies with strong workflow design capabilities, vendor management experience, and hands‑on integration skills.
Your Tasks
- Workflow Architecture & System Integration
- Design end‑to‑end media workflows across ingest, logging, editing, replay, metadata, and delivery.
- Integrate modern media platforms such as:
- Media Asset Management (MAM) systems
- Workflow orchestration engines (e.g., low‑code automation platforms)
- Resource scheduling/booking systems
- Replay servers and live production systems
- Define workflow logic, metadata mapping, error handling, and operational behaviour.
- Build and optimise automated workflows for content movement, quality checks, routing, and publishing.
- Define failure‑mode behaviour, observability, alerting, and operator‑friendly error surfacing.
- Ensure consistent ID/naming logic and reliable end‑to‑end flow execution.
- Lead technical workshops, requirements gathering, and workflow definition sessions.
- Oversee implementation work across integrators, vendors, engineering teams, and developers.
- Provide hands‑on guidance during commissioning, testing, migration, and operational rollout.
- Produce clear workflow documentation, architectural diagrams, and handover materials.
- Create operational guides, acceptance criteria, and system behaviour explanations.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, editorial/creative teams, and software developers.
- Act as a technical liaison across vendors and technology partners.
- Provide clear communication around risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery timelines.
- Support on‑site build, commissioning, validation testing, and operational readiness activities.
- Assist technical teams during system launch phases and early operational periods.
Your Profile
- Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of media workflows.
- Experience with modern orchestration/automation platforms.
- Familiarity with scheduling/booking/resource management systems.
- Understanding of replay/slow‑motion systems, editing environments (e.g., Adobe Premiere), and media routing.
- Strong API, integration, and metadata‑mapping knowledge.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication: able to explain complex workflows simply.
- Leadership in stand‑ups, Kanban boards, and agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management across operations, engineering, and vendor teams.
- Calm, structured problem‑solving approach under time pressure.
- Experience
- Prior hands‑on delivery of multi‑system integration projects in media/broadcast/production.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality architectural and workflow documentation.
- Track record of leading technical streams and coordinating cross‑team delivery.
