- Ensure consistent ID/naming logic and reliable end‑to‑end flow execution
- Lead technical workshops, requirements gathering, and workflow definition sessions
- Oversee implementation work across integrators, vendors, engineering teams, and developers
- Provide hands‑on guidance during commissioning, testing, migration, and operational rollout
- Produce clear workflow documentation, architectural diagrams, and handover materials
- Create operational guides, acceptance criteria, and system behaviour explanations
- Work closely with engineering, operations, editorial/creative teams, and software developers
- Act as a technical liaison across vendors and technology partners
- Provide clear communication around risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery timelines
- Support on‑site build, commissioning, validation testing, and operational readiness activities
- Assist technical teams during system launch phases and early operational periods
Your Profile
- Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of media workflows
- Experience with modern orchestration/automation platforms
- Familiarity with scheduling/booking/resource management systems
- Understanding of replay/slow‑motion systems, editing environments (e.g., Adobe Premiere), and media routing
- Strong API, integration, and metadata‑mapping knowledge
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication: able to explain complex workflows simply
- Leadership in stand‑ups, Kanban boards, and agile delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management across operations, engineering, and vendor teams
- Calm, structured problem‑solving approach under time pressure
- Experience
