Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Broadcast-Systemen für TV- und Radiostudios mit Fokus auf Cloud- und Softwarelösungen.
- Mitwirkung bei der Analyse der technischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden und Ableitung von Lösungsvorschlägen.
- Bearbeitung von technisch anspruchsvollen Ausschreibungen oder Angeboten.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Konzepte und Architekturen für maßgeschneiderte Systeme.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern, um Projektanforderungen umzusetzen.
- Technische Unterstützung bei Installationen, Konfigurationen und Testings von Broadcast-Software.
- Testen, Fehleranalyse, Dokumentation, Problemlösung, Lieferantenmanagement, inkl. Vor-Ort-Einsätze.
- Dokumentation der Lösungen und Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen für Kunden.
- Durchführung von Abnahmetests und Unterstützung von On-Air-Prozessen.
- Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der technischen Beratung.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medientechnik, Informatik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Broadcast-Technologien und Systemen und/oder Radiostudios sind von Vorteil.
- Grundkenntnisse zu den Systemen wie z.B. Skyline Dataminer, Fonn Mimir oder TechEx sind von Vorteil.
- Grundkenntnisse von Cloud-Systemen: AWS, Kubernetes.
- Grundkenntnisse von DevOps Prozessen, wie GitOps.
- Grundkenntnisse in der Programmierung sind von Vorteil.
- Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung zum Solutions Architekt und Begeisterung für moderne Medientechnologien.
- Analytische Denkweise, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Technologien und Systeme.
- Sehr Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
