Our customers are TV and radio stations as well as production houses that depend on innovative and reliable broadcast systems. As part of a motivated and experienced team, you will develop technological solutions that meet the requirements of modern media operations. You will also support our customers directly on site or remotely when necessary and thus ensure the smooth business operation of all relevant media, broadcast and IT systems.Support in the development and implementation of broadcast systems for TV and radio studiosParticipation in analysing the technical requirements of our customers and deriving solution proposalsSupport in the creation of technical concepts and architectures for customised systemsCollaboration with internal teams and external partners to fulfil project requirementsTechnical support for installations, configurations, and testing of broadcast hardware and softwareSupport for our customers beyond normal working hours if required and taking over on-call dutiesDocumentation of solutions and creation of training materials for customersCarrying out acceptance tests and supporting on-air processesAttending customer meetings and supporting the sales team with technical adviceYour profileCompleted studies in the field of Media Technology, Computer Science, Communications Engineering or a similar qualificationInitial experience with broadcast technologies and systems, ideally in TV or radio studios, is an advantageBasic knowledge of IP networks and IT infrastructures are an advantageInterest in further development as a solutions architect and enthusiasm for modern media technologiesExperience in system maintenance, technical service and support welcomeAnalytical mindset, ability to work in a team and strong communication skillsWillingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies and systemsA good knowledge of EnglishWe offer you a secure, permanent and attractive workplace in an internationally successful and dynamically growing company.
