The Opportunity
Here at our QVC Customer Operations Centre in Knowsley, our warehouse team members get this right, meaning we make a great experience for our customers all over the country! Reporting into one of our outbound team leaders, We are looking for warehouse team members within our Pack area who want to become part of a world class team.

Hourly Pay
- £12.41 per hour
Contract type:
- Temporary until 10th January 2026
- On Call 18.5 – 37.5 hours
Your working hours – On Call
- Guaranteed 18.5 hours per week which can be flexed up to a further 18.5 hours per week.
- The hours we allocate to you each week will be within the availability of Monday-Sunday between 08:00–18:00 (10 hours per day)
- You will given 2 weeks\’ notice of your working days/hours each week

Your Impact
- Pack our customer orders
- Load trailers with our light and large items that are too big or heavy to go through our conveyor system.
- De-boxing, Loading and feeding packing machines
- Hygiene support, this involves cleaning, brushing and recycling
- Due to some of the tasks above there will be a requirement to lift and load heavy items of up to 25KG
What You Bring
- Don\’t worry if you have not got any warehouse experience as you will receive full training and support
- As you will use Manual Handling Equipment, all applicants must be at least 18 years old.
