This rare and exciting position of Guest Manager supports QVC UK. Reporting into the Senior Manager; Platform Talent and Sales, you will lead the planning, management and development of QVC's Guest strategy and day-to-day Guest operations.
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our Media and Commerce Center in Chiswick Park, West London, 2 days per week.
As Guest Manager you will ensure we attract, engage and support high-quality Guests who represent our brand values, meet business needs, that elevate the customer experience across live broadcasting, digital and social platforms. This role combines relationship leadership, talent judgement, operational excellence and commercial awareness.
You will work cross-functionally with Buying, Production, Compliance, Editorial, Planning and the wider business stakeholders, to ensure Guest performance supports sales, brand reputation and long-term growth. As a senior level leader, you will be expected to deliver results through others, build strong partnerships, improve ways of working and contribute to broader business goals.
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience sourcing, vetting, booking and briefing guests
- Ability to identify guests who are credible, camera-ready, brand-safe and commercially effective.
- Experience managing relationships with brands, vendors, agents/publicists, internal producers/presenters.
- Solid background in live TV, live social, livestream or broadcast production
- Ability to prepare guests for the realities of live production
- Strong ability to build bonds with people at varying levels
- Leadership skills in team management and coaching, workload prioritization, performance management, developing talent
- Excellent stakeholder management
