The Social Media Assistant will support the Social Commerce team to plan, create and publish content on all primary and secondary social platforms. The successful candidate will help co-ordinate the day to day running of the team helping to organize shoots, create content, analyze our results and interact with our QVC social community.

This role is hybrid and will require you to be on-site at Chiswick Park 2 days a week.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the creation of a weekly editorial calendar
  • Support Social Media Specialists with the creation of social content across categories
  • Assist with weekly performance analysis and reporting against KPI targets
  • Order products and organize send-outs for shoots and competitions
  • Support with the product upload process on TikTok Shop and work closely with the Social Commerce Specialist and Assistant on ad hoc requests
