Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Social Commerce Engagement specialist supports QVC UK, and drives social commerce engagement, affiliate creator partnerships, and influencer activation across key social platforms.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London, two days a week. Some weekend support may be required as part of the role.
What You'll Do
- Drive a proactive social commerce engagement strategy across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and emerging platforms to build market awareness and strengthen positive brand sentiment.
- Act as the primary contact for TikTok Shop affiliate creators, managing onboarding, communication, relationship development and ongoing support to help deliver social commerce revenue targets.
- Coordinate and nurture affiliate & influencer relationships across Meta, YouTube and other relevant channels, including bookings, campaign integration and performance optimisation.
- Monitor, analyse and report on affiliate creator and influencer performance, using insights to refine strategy, improve engagement and maximise commercial impact.
- Keep abreast of wider social commerce trends, competitor activity and emerging live shopping platforms, sharing recommendations and opportunities with internal stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in social media, social commerce, influencer marketing, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years' experience ideally gained in an ecommerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Meta and YouTube, with experience developing engagement strategies, managing creator or influencer relationships, and supporting campaign execution.
- Commercial awareness, strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to collaborate across teams and engage external partners effectively.
- A highly organised, proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with a strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of customer behaviour across social and digital channels.
