Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Programme Manager supports QVC International, and leads complex strategic programmes that drive transformation, alignment and growth across markets and functions.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex strategic programmes across QVC International markets and functions, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and business goals.
- Build robust programme plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, deliverables, risks and governance, and drive execution through to completion.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders, IT leads and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain momentum, resolve issues and keep programmes on track.
- Monitor programme performance, provide clear status reporting and insight, and ensure agreed outcomes, ROI and business expectations are achieved.
- Support the successful transition of programme outcomes into the business, including change management, engagement and sustainment planning.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading complex programmes in a cross-functional, multi-market environment, with experience in project or programme management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, matrix teams and external partners.
- Commercial awareness and financial acumen, with the ability to balance business needs, technology requirements and cost considerations.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work at pace, manage ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
