The Opportunity
Here at QVC UK, we have been voted as a certified top employer for ten years running – right now, we are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer service to join our award-winning Contact Centre located in Knowsley.
Hourly Pay: £11.64 per hour
Contract type: Permanent, Part-time
On Call Days: Mon – Sun, 07:00-18:00 – 15 + 10 hours per week with 2 weeks' notice of shift. Guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week, which can be flexed up to a further 10 hours when required by the business. The hours allocated will be within the availability of Monday-Sunday between 07:00 – 18:00. You will be given 2 weeks’ notice of your working hours each week.

You will be the friendly voice of QVC, providing world-class customer service.
