The Opportunity
Here at QVC UK, we have been voted as a certified top employer for ten years running β right now, weβre looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer service to join our award-winning Contact Centre located in Knowsley.
Hourly Pay: Β£11.64 per hour
Contract type: Permanent, Part-time
On Call Days: Mon β Sun, 07:00-18:00 β 15 + 10 hours per week with 2 weeks' notice of shift. Guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week, which can be flexed up to a further 10 hours when required by the business. The hours allocated will be within the availability of Monday-Sunday between 07:00 β 18:00. You will be given 2 weeksβ notice of your working hours each week.

Your Role β Orderline Representative
You will be the friendly voice of QVC, providing world-class customer service. Your responsibilities include handling inbound calls, processing orders accurately, and promoting products to enhance customer loyalty. You will work as part of a team to meet performance targets and will receive comprehensive onboarding and training.
Remote Working: Initially onsite for at least 3 months, with flexible options discussed after probation.
