The Buying / Merchandising Administrator supports QVC UK and provides comprehensive administrative and critical path support to the Buying teams, ensuring products are delivered in line with planned selling and delivery schedules.

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park 2 days a week (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the end to end process for purchase order amendments, ensuring all changes are accurately submitted and completed on time through Supply Chain systems.
  • Own and maintain the critical path, working closely with Buying and Supply Chain teams to ensure stock is available to sell as planned.
  • Monitor open purchase orders, proactively highlighting risks and agreeing actions to resolve potential delivery issues.
  • Act as a key point of contact for supplier booking and PO amendment queries, supporting strong internal and external relationships.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Buying team, including regular reporting and critical path reviews.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous administrative experience within a supply chain, distribution, merchandising or customer service environment.
  • Experience of managing a critical path and working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Confidence in communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • High levels of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
