The Opportunity: We are looking for a Buying Administrator to join our Buying team. You will report to the buying manager and provide comprehensive administrative support to the home Buying Departments.
Your Impact: You will look after the supply chain critical path management, which will be a large part of your daily responsibilities. You will manage the process for all purchase order amendments and ensure that all required amendments are submitted and amended promptly. You will be the contact for our vendor base for any booking issues, ensuring communication with both internal and external customers.
What You Bring: You will work with multiple teams and be able to prioritise your work. You will manage your own workload. Due to the pace of the environment, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
Required Experience: Administrative experience within a head office environment; experience within the Retail Industry is preferable. A high level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets), is required. Knowledge in SAP is desirable.
