The Retail Media Partner supports QVC UK, and leads vendor-funded marketing and retail media activity to unlock incremental revenue growth and strengthen commercial partnerships. This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Where You'll Work: This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, shape and develop vendor and brand-funded marketing opportunities aligned to trading priorities, campaigns, launches, TSVs and key commercial moments.
  • Build strong strategic partnerships with vendors and brand partners, creating compelling activation proposals across QVC marketing channels.
  • Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Digital, Content, Broadcasting, Creative, Finance and Legal teams to ensure funded activity is aligned, executable and commercially effective.
  • Lead or support negotiation of marketing investment, advertising placements, promotional activity and approved budgets with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse campaign performance, sales results and commercial outcomes to provide insights, recommendations and reporting that improve future activation effectiveness.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong commercial, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and shape partner-funded activation opportunities.
  • Experience in retail media, marketing or advertising, with experience in project management and cross-functional or interface management preferred.
  • Ability to translate commercial opportunities into clear, executable omnichannel activation plans and briefs.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance metrics, sales data and commercial information to inform recommendations.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a comparable field.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and manage changing priorities.
