Your Opportunity, Your Team. Performance Marketing Specialist, UK supports QVC International, driving sales, customer growth and brand impact through data‑led performance marketing across paid digital channels.
Where You'll Work. This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our UK location several days per month. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across assigned channels, aligned to weekly and monthly targets for Sales, New Customers and Incremental EBIT.
- Analyse campaign performance, turning insights into clear actions and recommendations that deliver results with speed.
- Collaborate closely with Commerce, Platforms and Finance teams to bring digital retail media campaigns to life, including budget planning, tracking and reporting.
- Build and manage strong relationships with media partners and vendors, including identifying new partners and negotiating effective media plans and promotions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through test‑and‑learn initiatives and continuous optimisation.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience with Performance Marketing, with a track record of delivering profitable and sustainable sales and customer growth, ideally within a retail or e‑commerce environment.
- Hands‑on experience setting up and managing campaigns across performance marketing channels such as Google, Display networks and affiliate platforms.
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence to translate data into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- A collaborative and agile mindset, demonstrating ownership, adaptability and a customer‑focused approach aligned to QVC's leadership competencies.
- Business fluent English, both written and spoken.
