The Opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Digital Store Ecommerce Trader, on a 12 month Maternity Cover. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Trader, you will implement actions to support the sales plan across all digital platforms. This includes running and reviewing a range of reporting, web real estate management and involvement with campaign planning process.
Your Impact
- You will work with ecommerce category traders to communicate and implement digital campaign plans.
- You will update ecommerce category pages to have a cohesive strategy across digital.
- You will recap and analyse the category sales and content strategy with the support of ecommerce category manager.
- You will maintain web script space, identifying opportunities to trade into script space and agreeing best course of action with category traders.
- You will support the team in finalising the brief for on-site real estate plan for responsibilities to improve customer discovery, journey and sales.
- Develop an understanding of the buying and journey behaviour of customers to help optimise real estate planning opportunities.
- Support the product placement onsite for ease of customer journey and driving of sales.
What You Bring
- You will have commercial acumen and be able to make decisions based on sales trends for a broad catalogue of products.
- You will demonstrate delivering growth on KPIs.
- You are aware of competitor activity and digital trends in the market.
- You have experience forecasting for ecommerce.
- Experience of process improvement and making recommendations.
- Excellent numerical and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (can perform complex functions).
- A financial understanding including margin, profit, sales and inventory management.
