Overview

In this role you support QVC International by coordinating purchase order amendments, tracking critical delivery timelines, and resolving supplier booking issues.

You will partner with Buying, Shipping, and Supply Chain to keep orders on track and ensure products meet selling schedules.

The role is hybrid in Chiswick Park, West London, requiring two days onsite, and involves close collaboration with Assistant Buyers and internal teams.

You will contribute to smooth day-to-day operations and accurate critical-path information, helping the business meet its delivery and selling targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase order amendment process with Supply Chain to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Track and update critical path to meet delivery and selling deadlines
  • Review open PO reports, identify risks to available-to-sell dates, and communicate actions to Buying, Shipping and Supply Chain
  • Serve as a main contact for supplier booking issues and PO amendments, resolving queries efficiently
  • Provide administrative support to Buying and Merchandising to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with Assistant Buyers and stakeholders to review order status and maintain accurate critical-path data
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams to resolve booking and delivery issues
  • Maintain high accuracy across all administrative and supply chain updates
  • Key requirements
  • Administrative experience in buying, merchandising, supply chain, distribution or customer service
  • Understanding of critical path management and ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • High level of computer literacy with Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
  • Collaborative, flexible approach with a team mindset and focus on accuracy and efficiency
