The Orderline Representative supports our Contact Centre Team in Knowsley. Hourly Pay £12.41 per hour
Where You'll Work
This is a working from home role. Please ensure you have a space for your computer setup, including two monitors and a stable internet connection to perform tasks effectively.
Contract type: Permanent Full-time
Work hours: On Call Evenings Monday - Sunday: 16:00-02:00, with 2 weeks notice of shift.
What You'll Do
- Be the welcoming, friendly voice of QVC and provide world-class customer service.
- Orderline team members handle inbound calls and accurately process customer orders while promoting engaging products to improve customer loyalty.
- Work as part of a team to support overall success and pursue achievable individual performance targets.
- Receive a supportive onboarding experience, including two weeks of training. The first two weeks are scheduled onsite, Tuesday – Saturday 17:00 - 23:00, 30 hours total.
