The Opportunity
As Kitchen & Broadcast Coordinator, you will work under the direction from the Senior Food Stylist, supporting all culinary Broadcast & Content needs.
Your Impact
You will work closely with the Studio Floor Team, Studio Set Stylists, Platform & Strategy Execution Partners, Buying and Planning to support both short and long term strategies for the department and ensure fulfilment under the direction of the Senior Food Stylist. As Kitchen & Broadcast Coordinator maintain Inventory & Cleanliness in the Kitchen, Laundry Room & Backstage, as well as assist Backstage when required with Studio Coordination. Working with the Senior Food Stylist, advise vendors, guests and staff of best practice and process to fulfil full demonstration and aesthetic potential of products thereby maximising impact and sales contribution. Liaise with Studio Floor Staff to accomplish those plans. Comfortable working in a busy and fast up against very tight time constraints within the Studio environment.
Knowledge of television production including legislative requirements, ASA policies and Ofcom regulations. Knowledge of current health and safety legislation and how this impacts broadcast operations.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a kitchen or food preparation area.
- Knowledge of food presentation and styling techniques.
